Tetra Pak is using ground-breaking new digital technologies to deliver even more value to their customers. We are running the Next Chapter Systems Platform (NCSP) programme, implementing S/4 Hana in Tetra Pak to replace our old SAP ECC solutions over the next 5 years. In this project and in the new platform, Identity and Access management play a crucial role via different Identity systems like Omada Identity Suite, Entra ID, SAP IAS/IPS and OnPrem Active Directory.

We are seeking a IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team in our NCSP Journey. The ideal candidate should be passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our NCSP journey through support and engineering skills needed for project. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing design configurations, support requests and troubleshooting as required. You also work on different Data analytics needs for reporting, visibility and control.

Job Summary

What you will do

Responsible to execute all support requests and design configurations request coming from project team.
Responsible as first point of contact for IAM related activities in the project.
Collaborate with different teams to execute IAM activities and represent IAM team in various meetings and discussions.
Identity anomalies, Security gaps in the IAM systems.
Analyze and identify automation opportunities and work to create them.
Pro Active thinking and actions to enhance effectiveness and delivery of IAM capability in the project and beyond.
Ensure to meet and deliver as per Project Phase and Timelines
Be Hyperaware on industry trends and best practices in IAM area.

Profile description:

We believe you have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role.
Good hands-on knowledge on Omada Identity suite or similar IGA tool like SailPoint, Saviynt etc.
Knowledge on SAP tools like IAS/IPS will be an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID.
Automation and programming skills such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansibel is desirable.
Single Sign on configuration and support using Ping Identity/Entra ID or Similar.
API integration gateways like APIGEE or similar would be added advantage.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Solid understanding of IAM methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified IAM Administrator, Certified Omada Engineer or similar).
