Looking for a senior Python Data Analyst to join our dynamic Client for our engineering team. The Client offering is a highly visible, large-scale enterprise platform delivering standardized and automated VMware virtualization solutions on Cloud including a growing number of high value add-on services and solutions (HCX, Caveonix, Veeam, Zerto, etc). Client brings together Cloud infrastructure and VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, Director, vSAN, NSX, SDDC, and many more) to simplify configuration and management with ease of moving VMware workloads from on-premise to the Cloud. What You'll Do:

• Experience using Language Servers, Linters and Formatters to enhance speed and reliability of code. (e.g. Pylance, PyLint, Python Black Formatters)
• Strong Excel skills for Data Analysis, automation and report presentation.
• Can communicate key findings to business leaders in the form of high-quality briefs both written and oral.
• Utilizes Python ecosystem and databases to enable fast, repeatable analysis and report generation with things such as:
• Jupyter Notebook, Testbook, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, OpenPyXL, XLSWriter, Celery, PyCaret Postgres & Python ORMs
• Experience with Analysis of small, medium, and large datasets from various sources.
• Experience with data retrieval tools (SQL, NoSQL, API, Web Scraping, etc)
• Experience with data analysis and visualizations in multiple mediums (tabluar, chart, graph, pivots)
• Presentation skills in multiple mediums (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
• Can provide multi-granularity synopsis (Exec Summary, Project Summary, Detailed Analysis)
• Experience with exploratory data investigations, analyzing new data sets, correlating and providing creating reporting outputs that summarize key statistics.
• Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into data analysis flows, systems such as: Box SDK, IBM Watson Studio, IBM Cognos Analytics
• Understands role of CI/CD, test frameworks, and PR reviews in SDLC and has experience with CI/CD and Job Scheduling systems such as Travis-CI, Tekton, and RabbitMQ
• Strong communication skills in English

• Key responsibilities include working with tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, OpenPyXL, XLSWriter, and integrating APIs/SDKs like Box SDK and IBM Watson Studio.
• The candidate should be capable of handling datasets of varying sizes, retrieving data from SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and web scraping, and presenting insights through Excel, PowerPoint, and other mediums.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling tools like Travis-CI, Tekton, RabbitMQ, and a strong understanding of SDLC practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver multi-level reporting (executive summaries to detailed analysis) are key to success in this role.
