Job summary

FIS in India (UP) seeks a junior Client Services Analyst to consult with financial institutions and help deploy solutions. You will analyze queries, craft responses, and support system changes while collaborating with internal teams to uphold service quality and SLAs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in IT/CS, ~1+ year of IT/financial services experience, strong analytical skills, and solid English communication. US-hours alignment is required.

You will be part of our Risk Decisioning Issuing team. Working alongside senior Client Service owners, you will consult with clients on solutions and help deploying them. We work on fulfilling requirements of reputed banks and financial institutions spread across the world ensuring to provide a quality experience to them and their end users.

About the role

As a Client Services Analyst I, you will act as a client consultant and project analyst, supporting financial institutions in optimizing and evolving their systems. You will work closely with clients who submit queries and change requests related to their environments. Your role will be to analyze their needs, investigate solutions, and provide well‑thought‑through responses and recommendations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and persistence — we are looking for people who enjoy solving complex problems and don’t give up easily.

What you will be doing

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, IT or similar — or strong analytical skills developed in practice
• Around 1+ years of experience (junior profile) in IT, systems analysis, or financial services
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to learn and develop into an independent specialist (typically 3–5 years to gain full autonomy in this role)
• Ability to work with clients and communicate effectively
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Availability to work aligned with US hours (11:00am - 8:00pm IST )
