Job summary

PTC is seeking an Analyst – HR Operations to enhance employee experience through end-to-end HR processes for the EMEA & UK regions. You will lead process improvements, governance, and reporting while mentoring junior team members in a dynamic, global organization.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle activities using Workday, ServiceNow, and MS tools, ensuring compliance and data integrity across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with HR specialization and 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience in HR operations, shared services, or multinational environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred), ServiceNow and Microsoft tools.
• Ability to work the EMEA & UK shifts and support regions across the area.

Role Overview

The Analyst – HR Operations will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through seamless HR operations, process optimization, and digital Operations. This role will own end-to-end HR processes and service delivery for employees and stakeholders across the EMEA & UK, lead process improvement and reporting initiatives, and act as an escalation point and mentor for junior team members, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions), serving as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases.
• Drive HR Operations initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; highlight trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Leverage HR tools and automation platforms (Workday, ticketing systems, etc.) to streamline and automate processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, EMEA & UK regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines; support audits and process documentation.
• Provide timely resolution of employee queries and HR-related requests, maintaining service quality standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
• Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates, and support their onboarding and skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, OR an advanced degree (e.g., MBA with specialization in Human Resources) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Experience in HR operations, HR Operations, or shared services
• Experience working in matrix or multinational environments preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Preferrable Workday), ServiceNow and Microsoft tools
• Ability to work the EMEA & UK Shifts and support employees and stakeholders across the region
