Job summary

PTC Software (India) is seeking a Senior Analyst - HR Operations to lead strategic and operational HR Services for employees and stakeholders across EMEA & UK. The role will drive transformation programs, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality lifecycle experiences while partnering with HR leadership and IT teams.

You will own and govern HR operations metrics, leverage Workday/ServiceNow, and ensure compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5–8 years of related experience or MBA in HR with 5 years.
• Extensive experience in HR operations, HR Operations, or shared services, leading programs or teams.
• Experience working in matrix or multinational environments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft tools.
• Willingness to work the EMEA Shift (12:30 PM - 09:00 PM IST).
• Proficiency in any foreign language (written and spoken) is an added advantage - NotMandatory.

• Partner with HR leadership, HRBPs, COEs, and senior stakeholders to shape service delivery models.
• Define and govern HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; present insights to senior leadership.
• Lead the evaluation, adoption, and optimization of HR technology and automation platforms (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Own compliance and risk management for HR processes; lead audit readiness.
• Establish escalation frameworks and service standards for timely HR support.
• Coach and mentor Analysts and Specialists; contribute to talent development and succession planning.
• Manage cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications for strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst-HR Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for HR Operations, shaping how HR services are designed, delivered, and continuously improved for employees and stakeholders across EMEA & UK. This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs, drive process and technology transformation, advise senior HR and business leaders, and build the capability of the broader HR Operations team, ensuring consistent and high-quality employee lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations strategy and roadmap across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions), aligned with HR and business priorities.
• Drive large-scale HR Operations and transformation programs that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Partner with HR leadership, HRBPs, COEs, and senior business stakeholders to shape service delivery models and influence decisions.
• Define and govern HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead the evaluation, adoption, and optimization of HR technology and automation platforms (Workday, ServiceNow), partnering with IT and vendors.
• Own compliance and risk management for HR processes, ensuring adherence to HR policies, EMEA regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines; lead audit readiness.
• Establish escalation frameworks and service standards to ensure timely, high-quality support for employee queries and HR requests.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices, benchmarking against industry standards and scaling solutions across regions.
• Coach and mentor Analysts and Specialists, build team capability, and contribute to talent development and succession planning.
• Manage cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
