Job summary

PTC Software (India) Private Limited is seeking an Analyst – HR Operations to enhance employee experience through end-to-end HR processes and digital operations for employees and stakeholders across the United States.

You will lead process improvement efforts, monitor HR metrics, and mentor junior team members, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of related experience, or MBA with HR specialization and 3+ years experience.
• Experience in HR operations, or shared services.
• Experience in matrix or multinational environments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday), ServiceNow and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transitions).
• Lead HR Operations initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HR operations metrics, dashboards, and SLAs; highlight trends and risks.
• Leverage HR tools and automation platforms to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, US regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines; support audits.
• Provide timely resolution of employee queries and HR-related requests.
• Identify process improvements and lead continuous improvement from design to implementation.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates and support onboarding and skill development.

Role Overview

The Analyst – HR Operations will play a key role in enhancing employee experience through seamless HR operations, process optimization, and digital Operations. This role will own end-to-end HR processes and service delivery for employees and stakeholders across the United States, lead process improvement and reporting initiatives, and act as an escalation point and mentor for junior team members, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, and transitions), serving as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases.
• Drive HR Operations initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on HR operations metrics, dashboards, and service SLAs; highlight trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Leverage HR tools and automation platforms (Workday, ticketing systems, etc.) to streamline and automate processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, US regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines; support audits and process documentation.
• Provide timely resolution of employee queries and HR-related requests, maintaining service quality standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
• Mentor and guide Analysts and Associates, and support their onboarding and skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, OR an advanced degree (e.g., MBA with specialization in Human Resources) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Experience in HR operations, HR Operations, or shared services
• Experience working in matrix or multinational environments preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands‑on experience with HR systems (Preferrable Workday), ServiceNow and Microsoft tools
• Ability to work the US Shift (5:30 PM - 2:00 AM IST) and support employees and stakeholders across the United States
