Job summary

UPL is seeking a dynamic HR Analytics professional to support Payroll, Analytics, PMS, TA, Culture and Engagement, and Training and Development. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR MIS and data-driven decision making, with strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in system upgrades and integrations for HRIS or payroll platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for system issues.
  • Excellent project management capabilities for upgrades and implementations.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR as a preferred background.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing HR MIS.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional HR Business Partner to integrate data from multiple systems for analysis.
  • Monitor Payroll and related reporting including monthly trackers and statutory reports.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsible to support and administer actions relating to Payroll, Analytics, PMS, TA, Culture and Engagement, Training and Development matters.

Job Responsibilities
Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Regional HR Business Partner, to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis.
  • Monitor and coordinate Payroll and associated aspects including reporting of monthly trackers and statutory and actuarial reports as applicable.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals
  • Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
  • Continuously improve data collection processes, reporting standards, and analytical techniques.
  • SPOC (single point of contact) for all HR Operational activities for the region aligned
People Metrics & Insights
  • Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and business outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, Training and Development, attrition and retention.
  • Work closely with HR teams to collect and analyze the data and ensure data-driven decisions in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Experience
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in system upgrades, integrations, and project management.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate system upgrades and implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Master’s degree in HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HR MIS .

  • Ability to work well in agile environments in diverse teams with multiple stakeholders
Internal
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Able to solve complex problems and break them down into simpler parts
  • High energy and passionate individual who can work closely with other Global / Regional HR Heads
