Job summary

Koch in Bengaluru is seeking a graduate with 2-4 years in global supply chain planning to coordinate expedited requests between customer service and manufacturing, maintain purchase documents backlog, and support inventory decisions.

You will work with SAP MM, advanced Excel, and Power BI to monitor performance, collaborate with vendors, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-4 years in global supply chain planning, scheduling, or purchasing.
• Hands-on experience in order fulfilment and order management.
• Experience using SAP MM for materials management.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• To process Expedite requests sent by customer service and actively follow up with the manufacturing plants to assure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate the expedite process between customer service and the manufacturing plants.
• To monitor and control all aspects of the purchase document backlog, i.e. overdue, reschedules, unscheduled, substitutions/replacements, returns to ensure MD04 is as clean as possible.
• To manage the supply delivery performance of Koch manufacturing plants and external vendors.
• To support the allocation process in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the periodic review of inventory strategies and of demand planning selection.
• Support continuous improvement processes and automation projects.
• Review the safety stock and VSFB load (forecast) as suggested by SOP and will challenge SOP teams, when suggestions are not in line with actual numbers.

Your Job

To coordinate the expedite process between customer service and the Molex manufacturing plants, maintain purchase orders and assist in the purchase order create process for samples, Logistics Report preparation.

Our Team

The Global Planning team was initiated in 2016 its centralized team that is based out of Bengaluru, India. The team balances the supply with demand into the designated supply chain hub by maintaining a healthy inventory level and keep excess stock to a minimum. Choose the most cost-effective mode of transportation from manufacturing entities, and ensures on-time delivery into the supply chain hub to meet customer demand

What You Will Do

• To process Expedite requests sent by customer service and actively follow up with the manufacturing plants to assure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate the expedite process between customer service and the Molex manufacturing plants.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience Advance Excel
