Job summary

Molex is seeking an Analyst – Global SCH Intercompany Planning - Warehouse in Bengaluru to coordinate order fulfillment, transfer of materials, and warehouse movements. You will process delivery notes, manage inventory movements, and ensure compliance with procedures while collaborating across Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

The role emphasizes APAC/global intercompany planning with a focus on accuracy, timely execution, and cross-functional support to maintain optimal material

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global planning, scheduling, purchasing materials requirement or supply chain in SAP environment.
• Exposure to warehouse and manufacturing activities.
• Problem solving and negotiation skills to meet customer requirements.
• Decision making to meet customer requirements within policies and goals.
• Communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts.

Analyst- - Global SCH Intercompany Planning - Warehouse

To be the main point of contact for all order fulfillment activities for Assembly subcons, responding to inquiries of the assigned Assembly subcons promptly and efficiently. Perform picking, invoicing, returns inclusive of SAP transaction, export permit and sending shipping documents to Assembly subcons, observing compliance to all rules and regulations.

Our Team

The Intercompany Planning team serves as a critical link between customer demand and manufacturing supply across Molex's global supply chain network. Our team is responsible for ensuring timely material availability, optimizing inventory levels, supporting revenue achievement, and enhancing customer delivery performance through proactive planning, STO execution, exception management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Warehouse Planning is one of the key capabilities within Molex's Supply Chain organization. This function focuses on managing the movement of raw materials from warehouses to subcontractor locations, ensuring smooth and accurate inventory flow to support manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do
