Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Analyst, Finance in Bengaluru to drive financial analysis, SOW management, and vendor oversight. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls while maintaining governance over contracts and financial reporting.

The role requires 3–4 years in finance operations with strong Excel modeling skills and familiarity with Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting or related field.
• Certification in financial analysis or vendor management is a plus.
• PMI/PMP is preferred for project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and track SOWs to ensure scope and timely deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance and negotiate terms.

Job Requirements

Experience Range: With at least 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in finance analysis, business operations, and vendor management, ideally progressing to 4 years in increasingly complex roles

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify actionable trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement within business operations
• Prepare, review, and track Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure scope accuracy and timely deliverables
• Manage vendor relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating terms, and resolving operational issues to drive efficiency
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
