We are seeking a data-driven Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, building predictive models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex data and business strategy, helping the organization optimize its financial health.
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, Three-Statement, Scenario Analysis) to project future performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide monthly rolling forecasts.
Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results against budget/forecasts and explaining key drivers of variance.
Reporting: Prepare quarterly and monthly management reports, including P&L analysis and KPI tracking.
Strategic Support: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Sales) to evaluate the ROI of new projects and investments.
Data Automation: Streamline data collection processes using SQL, Power Query, or Python to increase reporting efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or accounting.
