Could you be the full-time Analyst - Filer Print Services in Bangalore we're looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in file and print services in a cutting-edge environment. You'll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to operational excellence.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless support and maintenance of file and print services within Alstom's global environment. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Service Desk, Local Support, Network Team, AD Team, and Application Teams), troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and performance.

You'll specifically take care of managing access to filers and external data storage and overseeing data movement and consolidation to modern technologies like SharePoint and OneDrive, but also support print services while collaborating with enterprise architects and vendors.
