Job summary

Alstom Transportation in Bangalore, KA, IN invites applications for a full-time Salesforce Services Technical Analyst. You will shape the technical design and architecture of Salesforce Services Solutions and work with ERP, Engineering, and Digital teams to support development and rollout of Salesforce apps.

Essential: 4+ years in Salesforce (Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud); 2+ years with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL; 1+ year in architecture/integration; Platform App Builder

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience including Lightning, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• 2+ years with Salesforce developer tools such as Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, Release Migration Tool.
• 1+ years of architecture, design, and integration technologies (Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST).
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
• Knowledge of data management, ETL concepts, relational databases; Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant cert is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work autonomously in a global, multicultural environment.

• Ensure the Salesforce Services Core Model is well-documented and consistent.
• Present analysis and detailed solution docs to technical and non-technical audiences.

You'll play a key role in shaping the technical design and architecture of our Salesforce Services Solutions, ensuring they align with Alstom's core model and business strategy. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including ERP, Engineering, and Digital), support the development and rollout of Salesforce applications, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of managing and implementing technical designs, as well as supporting the delivery of Salesforce Services Core Model evolutions, but also provide technical expertise to operations teams when needed.

• Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce developer tools such as Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies (e.g., Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, and SOA design principles)
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Knowledge of data management, ETL concepts, enterprise software development, and relational database technologies is an added advantage
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a global and multicultural environment
