Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
• 4–7 years of IT experience with Autopilot, Intune, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in design and deployment of Windows 10, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Knowledge of Windows servicing and cloud-based endpoint management workloads.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills. to interact with global business teams

Responsibilities

• Packaging, repackaging and automating software installations for Windows desktop software using packaging technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues on Windows operating systems.

We’ll Look To You For

• Expertise in packaging, repackaging and automating software installations for a range of Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies
• Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry-related application problems on Windows operating systems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 10 and Windows 7 Supports the development and verification of test methods in support of all applications
• Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
• Should be good in troubleshooting application and SOE related issues and provide analysis and quick resolution
• Should be able to handle test and release of applications
• Should have a good knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM/Intune
• Responsible for deploying of SCCM with CO management
• Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy application using SCCM/Intune Monitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve tickets
• Knowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloads Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report creation for multiple workplace services
• Contribute to New SOE Builds/migration and upgrades, Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever required
• Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities
• Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred
• Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all times
• Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written, Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
