Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a data management professional skilled in SuccessFactors Employee Central to maintain, test, and document lifecycle events. The role focuses on accurate data maintenance and timely processing within HR ERP environments.

You will collaborate with partners across time zones, drive data quality, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support global HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
• Hands-on ERP experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in transaction processing in HR ERP preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Strong documentation skills for knowledge sharing and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with partners in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day data management processes in Employee Central accurately and timely.
• Handles escalated issues raised by partners and complex tasks.
• Acts as Subject Matter Authority for team members.
• Ensure Quality is met for all data volumes processed.
• Track and monitor daily and monthly reporting.
• Propose process improvements to reduce time and increase accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet objectives.
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose (3-4 sentences max.):

We are seeking a self motivated person who is skilled and experienced in Data Management in Success Factors’ Employee Central to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, support, and documentation of Employee’s life cycle events in Success Factors and/or in SAP.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the Data maintenance with accuracy and in timely manner

Responsibilities (bullet points):

• Complete day to day processes of Data management accurately and in a timely manner as a hands on processor.
• Handles escalated issues raised by partners and complex tasks.
• Acts as Subject Matter Authority for other team members.
• Ensure Quality is met for all volumes processed
• Track and Monitor daily and monthly reporting.
• Proposes process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
• Participates in meetings with internal teams and partners. Collaborate with Business leaders, IT team wherever required
• Participate in initiatives that are internal as well as external to the organization.
• Aligns with all policies and standards
• Perform “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.
• Always demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
• Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed

Required Qualifications (3-5 bullet points):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
• Hands-on experience in any ERP would be preferred.
• 1-2 years experience working in transaction processing in any HR ERP will be preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Strong documentation skills for crafting comprehensive documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and adherence to industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Use tact to exchange ideas and information concisely and rationally.
• Ability to Work with partners in different Time Zone and Geography
