Job summary

Molex in Bangalore is seeking an Analyst – Business Systems to drive and support Supply Chain applications from inception to sunset. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, helping global teams adopt new technologies, resolve system issues, and optimize processes to reduce supply chain costs and improve outcomes.

You will manage the SC applications lifecycle, provide fast support via ServiceNow, collaborate on upgrades, and develop robust test plans with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience with business systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Knowledge of direct procurement, supply chain, supplier management, and AP finance.
• Hands-on SAP MM or Ariba, plus reporting/analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for clear business communication.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage SC Applications Lifecycle through all phases: configuration, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement.
• Bridge communication between business users and IT users.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to solve issues for local and global teams.
• Support and resolve issues for SC applications (e.g., Coupa, Ariba SCC) via ServiceNow.
• Test and implement upgrades; participate in cross‑functional teams and build test plans.

As a Analyst Business Systems based in Bangalore, you will drive and support various Supply Chain applications from inception to sunset. You will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping our global teams adopt new technologies, resolve system issues, and optimize process efficiencies to reduce supply chain costs and achieve better outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Manage SC Applications Lifecycle: Lead and support business applications through all phases, including configuration, testing, knowledge, training, roll‑out, and continuous improvement.
• Bridge Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to translate complex concepts smoothly between business users and IT users.
• Analyze End-to-End: Apply a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes to solve issues affecting both your local region and the global organization.
• Support & Resolve: Provide fast, reliable support for key Supply Chain applications (like Coupa and Ariba SCC) by resolving helpdesk tickets through ServiceNow.
• Test & Implement: Participate in cross-functional teams to execute system upgrades, test new application releases, and build robust integration test plans.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional experience working with business systems.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field of study.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of direct procurement, supply chain, supplier management, and accounts payable (AP) finance processes.
• Technical Skills: SAP MM or Ariba hands‑on experience, Reporting & Analytics skills, Procurement (S2P) experience, Master Data support, Supply Chain knowledge, ServiceNow exposure.
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise business communications.
• Strong Computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft office applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, co‑pilot).
• Ability to grasp business problems, set goals, objectives, and provide solutions.
• Team player, contribution‑motivated, flexible, able to work with stakeholders in different locations across the organization to support and achieve common objectives.
