Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver transformative supply chain solutions across Planning, Procurement, and Transportation/Logistics. You will partner with IT leads and vendors to implement effective solutions and drive program success.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Oracle SCM techno-functional roles, 5+ years building PaaS apps with Oracle APEX and Fusion Cloud, and a strong background in Agile

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with expertise in Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing
• 5+ years building PaaS apps/extensions with Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, VBCS
• Develop functional designs and specs to extend Supply Chain applications including Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud
• Experience delivering projects in Agile Scrum environments
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications and Supply Chain Planning modules is a plus
• Exposure to Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver innovative supply chain solutions

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst , you will work with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions as part of our major transformation program that includes major initiatives in Planning, Procurement and Transportation/ Logistics. You will partner with IT leads and vendors for implementing solutions in various supply chain areas.

Basic Requirement

In addition the candidate should have a working knowledge of the following:

• 10+ years of experience as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with in-depth expertise in Oracle Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing modules
• Highly desired 5+ years of experience in building PaaS applications and extensions with Oracle APEX, Autonomous DB, VBCS etc
• Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance Supply Chain applications including On-prem Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud
• Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements
• Exposure to Oracle/other Cloud Applications and Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules is a plus
• Exposure to the latest digital technologies like Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage
