Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a proactive professional to manage onboarding for private clients within the Global ODD function, based in India. The role includes performance reviews, process optimization, and implementing new rules to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Private ODD & KYC, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across related admin tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of Private ODD & KYC experience.
• Able to multitask across core ODD activities and admin tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard private clients for Global ODD function in India.
• Conduct performance reviews for the team.
• Streamline onboarding processes and contribute to global policies and work instructions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance client experience.
• Insource onboarding tasks from regions when requested.
• Ensure onboarding engages stakeholders and maintains high service levels.
• Meet SLA targets and quality standards for processing cases.
• Collaborate with Global ODD & KYC teams.
• Comply with Security Policy and Business Procedures.
• Own implementation of new features and incorporation of new rules in team processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for onboarding Private clients for Global ODD function based in India.
• Conduct performance reviews for the Team.
• Streamline and optimize onboarding processes where possible and contribute actively to creating and maintaining global policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Identify and elevate potential areas for process improvement and system automation with focus on enhancing the client experience.
• Take part in insourcing of onboarding tasks from regions and integrate into day-to-day work for the teams when requested.
• Ensure onboarding engages positively with stakeholders and maintain a high service level at all times.
• Meet the SLA(s) for processing incoming cases and meet the agreed Quality standards.
• Work with key internal stakeholders within the Global ODD & KYC teams.
• Comply with company’s prevailing Security Policy and Business Procedures.
• Own implementation of new features and incorporation of new rules and regulations within the team’s working processes.

Mandate

• Education: Graduate or other equivalent degree.
• Minimum experience required: 3+ Years.
• Should be able to multitask among core ODD activities and related admin tasks with reasonable efficiency and accuracy.
• Should have relevant experience in Private ODD & KYC.
• Good communication (verbal and written).
