Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities in Mumbai is seeking an Analyst, Corp Bus Continuity to develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans, oversee testing, emergency response, and recovery strategies.

You will support lifecycle planning, analyze impacts of disruptions, monitor compliance, and assist with training and standards dissemination. The role offers opportunities to work with audit and regulatory teams in a dynamic, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Providing support and expertise during live events.
• Conducting, communicating, and maintaining business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifying and quantifying the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
• Monitoring and reporting on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. Supporting businesses in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
• Developing, enhancing and disseminating information on continuity processes, standards and initiatives. Providing support for the development and delivery of training on business continuity.
