Job summary

TIAA Global Capabilities in Pune invites an Analyst, Corp Bus Continuity - IN to develop and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans, guiding recovery strategies to meet objectives across the organization.

You will lead crisis management during live events, conduct business impact analyses, quantify disruption impacts, monitor readiness, and collaborate with auditors on continuity issues. University degree required; no experience needed.

Develops business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery. Guides the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
