Experience in trading-floor telephony, Cisco UC upgrades, and a solid ITIL mindset are a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Cisco CUCM and Unity Connection experience.

• Basic Cisco IOS CLI for gateway checks and troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on or working knowledge of Cisco CUCM and Cisco Unity Connection.
• Understanding of SIP, VoIP, dial plans, call routing, PSTN connectivity, PRI, and SIP trunks.
• Basic Cisco IOS CLI knowledge for gateway checks, troubleshooting, debugs, and log collection.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, service request, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate with telecom vendors and manage technical support cases.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Cisco UCCX, Expressway, and Cisco SME.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony or enterprise voice solutions.
• Familiarity with IPC Unigy, trading turrets, or trading-floor telephony environments.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco UCS and VMware ESXi.
• Experience supporting voice platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CCNP Collaboration certification.
• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
