Job summary

Dentsu Bangalore is seeking an Analyst to support operational finance with expense administration and travel & expense processing. You will handle expense reports, approvals, reimbursements and related data in Concur and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance across global teams.

You will also participate in D365 integration efforts, reporting cycles and ad-hoc analyses to support decision making while maintaining SOPs and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate or master’s degree in commerce, ICWAI, MBA or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of experience in Expense administration and T&E processes.
• Prior experience managing expense/compliance for large corporations.
• Fluent English, strong communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in expense creation and submission; provide customer service to members on expense reports.
• Manage approvals, documentation and business purpose for expense claims.
• Monitor reimbursements and card-related claims; escalate for timely submission/approval.
• Support D365/ERP integration and reporting; assist with FP&A data analyses.
• Maintain SOPs and monthly Cognos/Concur reporting; support ad-hoc data needs.

This includes the optimization of our business functions and T&E process across the globe.**Job Description:**Key Accountabilities Expense Assistance · Expense creation/submission assistance· Provide customer service support to members regarding expense reports.· Queries on Manager Approval / Finance Approval· Reimbursement status.· Research and resolve issues related to expense reports and Log Expense related issues electronically.· Exceptional approvals.· Monitor OOP reimbursements/Card related claims.
