Job summary

Eaton Corporation India seeks a results-driven professional for Cash Application & Deductions in the Order-to-Cash team. You will ensure timely dispute resolution, accurate deduction management and account reconciliation, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and IT to optimize cash flow.

The role requires strong analytical skills, customer-focused dispute handling, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• 5+ years in O2C, cash application or deductions
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office
• Fluent English and compliance awareness

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts using Getpaid, Oracle R12, SAP ECC, S4 HANA.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate short payments/deductions.
• Investigate and resolve customer deductions, disputes, and chargebacks.
• Review deduction documentation and validate legitimacy of claims.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance and IT to resolve deduction issues.
• Process approved deductions and initiate recovery actions for invalid claims.
• Monitor deduction aging and drive timely closure of outstanding items.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a person with result-oriented and analytical skill - Cash Application & Deductions to join our Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. The candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate dispute resolution and deduction management.He/She should be well versed with account reconciliation and cash application.He/She should be able to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize cash flow and reduce aged deductions. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer-focused Dispute management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
