Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in Trade Finance Operations
• Ability to work in Europe timings and shifts
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

• Scrutiny and handling of Trade Finance documents in French Language for Europe Regions
• Handle Export LC processes including Advising, Amendment, Confirmation, Transfer, Negotiation, and Reimbursement Claims
• Manage Import LC processes including Issuance, Amendment, Negotiation, and Import Financing
• Process Documentary and Clean Collections such as lodging bills, acceptance, and payments
• Handle Guarantee Issuances, Amendments, Advising, Claims, Book off and Commission collections
• Perform daily workflow tasks and escalate pending transactions to the Senior Analyst/Lead
• Process all transactions within SLAs
• Raise technical queries and discrepancies to the lead for guidance
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures as required
• Act as a backup for the Senior Analyst/Lead and attend all team training programs

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Com, BBA, or B.A.
• 2024 or 2025 graduates with no backlogs.
• Minimum of 70% aggregate marks across 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
• Must be proficient in French (Read, Write, and Speak) with B1 or B2 certification.
• Basic knowledge in Trade Finance Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables) and medium proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical skills and process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in various shifts, specifically Europe timings.

Education

B.Com, BBA, or B.A. degree with 70% aggregate marks.
