Analyst### AnalystApply: Bangalore,India: Full time: Posted Today: R0000478623**Role Overview**As a **Property Accounting Analyst**, you will manage day-to-day activities across lease accounting, project accounting, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations. You will work with lease agreements, validate rent calculations, manage project setups and maintenance, review project costs and capitalization, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close and financial reporting activities. You will also analyze account balances, investigate variances, identify accounting risks, and collaborate with business partners to resolve issues.The role offers opportunities to take ownership of process transitions, gain deeper end-to-end business understanding, and contribute to process simplification, automation, and stronger financial controls.**Key Responsibilities****1. General Ledger Accounting & Reconciliations*** Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.* Perform journal entries, expense accruals, account analysis, and month-end close activities.* Investigate accounting discrepancies, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive timely resolution.**2. Lease & Property Accounting*** Review and interpret lease agreements to identify key financial and accounting obligations.* Perform Sales-Based Rent calculations, CPI-based rent adjustments, and Commercial Rent Tax calculations.* Maintain accurate lease records and coordinate with business partners to resolve accounting issues.**3.
