Qualifications

• Good CMOS circuits basics, analog circuits simulation and layout experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to take the initiative and drive to results
• Skills to manage time, delegate and multi‑task at work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mentoring and experience with people management will be added advantage
• Team‑work is imperative in this role

Preferred Skills / Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in EDA/CAD in Backend Analog Design Tools (Virtuoso, Layout, DRC, LVS, Extraction, Basic simulation, etc.)
• Prior experience for having interfaced with EDA vendors toward flow evaluations, licensing and roadmap definitions
• Prior experience in programming languages and technologies as needed for projects: Python, TCL, Cadence SKILL, Unix, Shell programming etc
• Optional: AI/ML solutions, Compute infrastructure, Data management
