In This Role, Responsibilities May Include
- Designing state‑of‑the‑art NVM memories – EEPROM, EPROM, Poly‑Fuse, Fuse, Anti‑Fuse etc. for commercial, automotive, and industrial applications
- Designing peripheral analog IPs for memories such as high‑voltage generators, voltage and current references, LDO, oscillators, etc.
- Working with worldwide technology and process development owners to influence best‑in‑class NVM component development
- Design verification to ensure design robustness, including running PVT verification, statistical simulations and analysing the impact of extracted parasitics
- Collaborating with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- 3‑4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands‑on design experience in high‑voltage generators, voltage and current references, LDO, oscillators, sense amplifiers etc. in CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies
- Solid understanding of feedback and stability basics
- Analog/transistor‑level circuit design and statistical/Monte Carlo simulation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Familiar with IC design tools, preferably Cadence's Virtuoso design environment, including creating schematics, reviewing layout, setting up and running block‑level and top‑level mixed‑signal simulations (Spectre, AMS, Ultrasim)
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Team collaboration skills and effectiveness across functions
- Initiative and drive for results
- Excellent time‑management skills to enable on‑time project delivery
