Job summary

Lyxel&Flamingo (L&F) is seeking an Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Marketplace from our Gurugram office. The role focuses on end-to-end operations, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to drive ROI.

You will collaborate with catalog, creatives, and pricing teams to ensure ad performance aligns with business goals and growth targets, while maintaining accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience.
• Strong understanding of Amazon ads ecosystem and best practices.
• Experience with Seller Central / Vendor Central dashboards.
• Proficient in Excel or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end advertising operations on Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central).
• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Conduct keyword research and implement bidding strategies to improve visibility and conversions.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and take data-driven actions to optimize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Continuously optimize keywords, bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
• Ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (catalog, creatives, pricing) to align ad performance with business goals.

Days of working – 5 (Sat& Sun fixed off)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Amazon Ads Executive / Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end advertising operations on Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
