Qualifications

• 8-12 years of HR & Admin FMCG experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors (SF).
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and project management capabilities.
• Graduation from a reputed university or equivalent degree.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and day-to-day activities to meet employee needs.
• Drive workforce planning, budgeting, organization design, and workforce optimization.
• Oversee talent management: recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention, and leadership pipeline development.
• Lead the performance management cycle, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, OD, change management, and welfare initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Partner with Learning & Development to build organizational capability and internal mobility.
• Manage HR operations and HRIS platforms, including SAP and SuccessFactors, data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Provide HR analytics and metrics to support data-driven decisions.

To lead and manage the Human Resources operations by developing and implementing workforce, talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness strategies aligned with business objectives. Responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, HR analytics, organizational development, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and HRIS administration (SAP & SuccessFactors). Partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

• HR Operations - Day-to-Day operations essential to meeting the needs of our employees
• Lead strategic workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organization design, job evaluation, and workforce optimization.
• Drive end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, talent review, retention, and leadership pipeline development.
• Lead the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment of individual and organizational goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement employee engagement, organizational development, change management, and employee welfare initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity
• .Partner with Learning & Development teams to build organizational capability, leadership development, career growth, and internal mobility programs.
• Manage HR operations and HR technology platforms, including SAP and SuccessFactors, employee data management, reporting, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, governance standards, and organizational frameworks.
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, employee well-being, and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, employees, external stakeholders, and government authorities while supporting strategic HR projects and business transformation initiatives.

Work Experience Requirement
