Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment) seeks an experienced quality leader to guide manufacturing and customer-quality initiatives across assembly and testing domains.

You will drive audits, proactive problem solving, and process improvements with a strong emphasis on ISO/TS systems, FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma. Leadership and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles
• Hands-on experience in handling manufacturing/customer quality in an OEM
• Knowledge of ISO/TS systems, FMEA, Kaizen, Pokeyoke, 5S, Six Sigma, TQM, TPM
• Application of basic QC tools; inspection and auditing skills

Responsibilities

• Handle shifts for final vehicle clearance; drive improvements in manufacturing indexes and yard indexes; coordinate for product, process and system audits.
• Field visits to understand customer and dealer issues and achieve end-to-end resolution to reduce customer issues.
• Maintain hands-on experience in manufacturing and customer quality in an OEM environment.
• Apply ISO/TS knowledge; utilize FMEA, Kaizen, Pokayoke and 5S; employ basic QC tools; perform inspection and auditing tasks.
• Apply quality systems; understand vehicle aggregates, testing and assembly processes.
• Demonstrate customer-centric leadership and people management.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Hand ling shifts for final vehicle clearance and Improvement in Manufacturing indexes, Yard Indexes.Conducting and co-ordinating for improvements for Product, process and system audit.Working on Proactive measures and improvement drives such as zero defect generation, Zero leak etc.Day to day problem solving for Assly defects.
