Smartworld Developers Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a GST Compliance specialist to manage end-to-end GST obligations. The role focuses on SAP-based finance processes, reconciliations, and timely filing of returns with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate statutory, internal, and GST audits, respond to notices, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping across business operations.

• Hands-on experience with SAP for finance processes.
• Experience in filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other returns.

• Hands-on experience with SAP for finance-related processes, accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Manage GST compliances, including filing/review of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
• Perform and monitor GST reconciliations, including Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and utilization.
• Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits, particularly GST-related matters, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
• Handle GST notices, assessments, departmental queries, and related correspondence.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records in accordance with GST and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor changes in GST laws, rules, notifications, and circulars and ensure their timely implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate GST compliance across business operations.
