Idexcel in Mumbai is seeking a skilled PCB Designer with hands-on experience in Altium Designer to develop high-quality PCB layouts for electronic products. You will collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure performance and manufacturability.

The role requires 3-7 years of experience, a B.E., and strong skills in PCB design, schematics, and real-time problem solving, along with good communication and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in PCB design.
• B.E. qualification.
• Proficient in Altium Designer, PCB layouts, schematics.

Responsibilities

• Create PCB layouts for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics using Altium Designer.
• Develop and maintain PCB footprints, component libraries, and design rules.
• Translate circuit schematics into manufacturable PCB designs.
• Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, and impedance-controlled design.
• Conduct DRC, ERC, and layout reviews.
• Work with hardware engineers on EMC/EMI considerations.
• Generate fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing docs (Gerber, BOM, pick-and-place, drawings).
• Coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with standards and company practices.
• Maintain design documentation and revision control.
