Job summary

Jobtailor in India seeks an experienced Alliance Operations professional to drive program governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across strategic alliances within the Global Alliances & Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function.

You will develop insights, manage dashboards, track milestones, and enable timely execution of alliance initiatives while identifying automation opportunities using AI-enabled tools and maintaining country-level lead mappings.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of progressive alliance operations, program management, or related roles.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications in project management, process improvement, or alliance/technology partner areas are a plus.
• Certifications in generative AI, responsible AI, AI-enabled productivity, or related concepts are highly desirable.
• Strong business writing, storytelling, and synthesis skills for concise leadership updates and reports.
• Ability to engage senior onshore stakeholders and cross-functional teams with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured program operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, content management, and execution support.
• Work with alliance, market, contracts, finance, training, BMC, and enablement stakeholders to track priorities and cadence.
• Monitor alliance initiatives for timely execution and process discipline; identify automation opportunities with AI tools.
• Prepare leadership-ready updates, narratives, and executive summaries from pipeline, revenue, and governance data.
• Maintain mappings of industry leads at country level and oversee certification and training alignment with global teams.

Job description

• Operate as part of the GDS Alliances Program Operations CoE, supporting one or more strategic alliances within the Global Alliances & Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function.


• Provide structured program operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, content management, and execution support.


• Work closely with alliance, market, contracts, finance, training, BMC, and enablement stakeholders to track priorities, manage operational cadence, improve process discipline, and enable timely execution of alliance initiatives.


• Contribute to performance improvement, simplification, and automation opportunities using AI-enabled tools.


• Manage day-to-day operational activities enabling leadership effectiveness including meeting preparation, action tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, and document readiness.


• Facilitate tracking and coordination of agreement localization, partner program requirements, approvals, escalations, and related process milestones.


• Develop presentation-ready insights, performance narratives, and executive summaries using pipeline, revenue, certification, enablement, governance, and operational data as applicable.


• Maintain and periodically update mappings of industry leads at a country level.


• Oversee certification and training alignment with global and practice teams.

Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive, relevant experience in alliance operations, program management, business operations, sales/GTM enablement, ecosystem support, consulting operations, or technology partner enablement.


• MBA, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience preferred.


• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, technology, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline preferred.


• Project/program management certification, process improvement certification, or relevant alliance/technology partner certification would be an added advantage.


• Relevant certifications or digital badges in generative AI, responsible AI, AI-enabled productivity, prompt engineering, automation, analytics, or Agentic AI concepts would be highly desirable.


• Strong business writing, storytelling, presentation development, and synthesis skills to create concise, leadership-ready updates, QBR materials, newsletters, SharePoint content, and decision-support documents.


• Ability to engage senior onshore stakeholders, alliance teams, market teams, global functions, and external partner contacts with professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment.


• Familiarity with responsible AI, data confidentiality, and human-in-the-loop review principles.


• Experience in process mapping, SOP creation, operational controls, root cause analysis, simplification, standardization, and performance improvement initiatives.


• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, governance forums, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, and deliverables with structured tracking and strong follow-through.


• Comfort working with pipeline, revenue, certification, training, governance, and operational data; ability to interpret trends, identify anomalies, create dashboards or trackers, and convert data into clear executive narratives.
