Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced alliance operations professional to serve as the central PMO support for assigned alliance activities. You will drive governance, enablement, and performance tracking across multiple partner programs.

You will provide leadership with timely insights through structured reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready narratives covering revenue, pipeline, opportunity tagging, and key GTM wins. Collaboration and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

9+ years in alliance ops, program management, or related business operations.
MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; business/tech/econ fields preferred.
Strong knowledge of alliance or partner program operations.
Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint a plus.
Experience with generative AI tools for research and content creation.

Job description

Serve as the central operations and PMO support point for assigned alliance activities.
Provide alliance leadership with timely business insights through structured reporting, dashboards and executive‑ready narratives covering revenue, sales, pipeline, opportunity tagging, prospect tracking, key GTM wins, book of business movements and other performance indicators.
Support governance cadence for leadership meetings, QBRs, planning forums and operational reviews.
Maintain and continuously refresh alliance reference materials, SharePoint content, leadership‑ready presentations, internal updates and other enablement assets to improve findability and consistency.
Program manage partner tools, portals and operational processes, including access request tracking, issue resolution, adoption monitoring, and training coordination.

Requirements

9+ years of progressive, relevant experience in alliance operations, program management, business operations, sales/GTM enablement, ecosystem support, consulting operations, or technology partner enablement.
MBA, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, technology, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
Strong understanding of alliance, ecosystem or partner program operations, preferably in a professional services, technology, consulting, shared services, GCC or global capability center environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and workflow tools considered an advantage.
Practical exposure to generative AI tools for research, content development, summarization, insight generation, workflow support and productivity enhancement.
