Job summary

Pocketful All-Things-Marketing Squad in Delhi is seeking freshers and creators to join an all Gen-Z marketing crew. This is not a 9-to-5 role—you’ll build campaigns across Instagram, X, YouTube, campus groups and more, using growth hacks and AI tools to acquire users and create viral content.

From Day 1 you’ll have real responsibility, guided by founders, with mentorship and opportunities to grow into full-time roles as Pocketful expands its presence.

Responsibilities

• Create viral content across formats (reels, memes, threads, carousels).
• Build Pocketful’s presence on Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Run growth-hack campaigns and campus initiatives.
• Leverage push notifications, newsletters, emails and funnels.
• Harness AI to shape an AI-native marketing team.
• Manage creator and influencer collaborations.
• Brainstorm fun, unconventional user-acquisition ideas.
• Track performance, iterate and optimize campaigns.

What You’ll Actually Do

• - You won’t be “just a marketer.”
• - You’ll do all things marketing:
• - Create viral content (Reels, Shorts, memes, carousels, threads)
• - Build Pocketful’s presence across Instagram, X, LinkedIn & YouTube
• - Experiment with growth hacks and campus campaigns
• - Play with push notifications, newsletters, email marketing & funnels
• - Harness AI and help build an AI-native marketing team
• - Run creator & influencer collaborations
• - Think of fun, hatke ways to acquire users on campuses and online communities
• - Track what works, double down, iterate
• - Turn finance into something people actually want to watch
• - Basically: create, test, grow, break, rebuild — repeat.
