Pay

Full Time Interns: 15k a month, doubled to 30k a month if you get a PPO after 3 months.

Full Time Creatives: 30k a month doubled to 60k a month in 6 months on exemplary performance.

If you manage to become indispensable, you get 4x/8x your salary to 120k a month in a year.

Performance Evaluation

Performance will be evaluated purely on metrics, real stuff, no BS.

Role Overview

This is an offer no other early stage founder will make you. This is a high growth position and I’m looking for cracked individuals. We work 6 days a week, on ideas that are disrupting the market already and will disrupt them further in years to come.

Responsibilities

• Not fit yourself into a box, you’re a copywriter, ad master, graphic designer, marketing genius, videographer, email marketer
• Be a superb video editor and understand the algo
• Come up with multiple creatives ideas and rapidly test them to see what sticks
• Use AI, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Runway, Pika, whatever it takes to be the best
• Use all kinds of automation tools
• Read new AI and marketing developments daily
• Deliver cracked pieces of content and short form videos every single day
• Scale our already proven content and ad strategies
