Valtech is seeking an AI Lead Developer in Bangalore to drive experience innovation and AI-powered customer solutions. You will combine frontend ReactJS/Next.js with Python FastAPI backend, work on AI workflows, embeddings, and vector databases, and deliver business value.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience, familiarity with Agile and consulting, and a strong ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems and scalable AI pipelines.
• Exposure to private or offline AI setups including local LLM deployments.
• Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for AI services and APIs.
• Frontend exposure using ReactJS/Next.js for AI-driven user interfaces.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms (Azure Blob, Azure Data Lake or MinIO).
• Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python.
• Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in business-friendly terms.

Role & Responsibilities

• 1. Strong experience in frontend development using ReactJS and Next.js
  Solid backend engineering skills in Python (FastAPI) with working knowledge of NodeJS or NestJS
  2. Hands-on experience with AI and LLM-based systems, including embeddings, intelligent analysis, and private or offline AI setups
  3. Experience with vector databases such as OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search and RAG-based solutions
  4. Practical exposure to model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and hallucination reduction techniques
  5. Strong understanding of data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO for structured and unstructured data
  6. Ability to analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python
  7. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and enterprise-grade system design
  8. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into measurable business value

Must Have
