WPP Enterprise Solutions in India is seeking an experienced AJO consultant with hands-on AJO and AEP implementation background to lead enterprise engagements and guide clients through the full lifecycle.

The role emphasizes deep platform expertise, a client-first mindset, and strong delivery capability to advise customers across solution design, implementation, and optimization in digital marketing and data modeling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and articulation when engaging with customers.
• Experience implementing Adobe and SFDC marketing solutions including AEP and AJO.
• Proficient in database technologies SQL/Oracle/Teradata and data modeling for marketing.
• Ability to design data models and write complex queries for marketing datasets.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Python/PHP and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Familiar with XDM data models and marketing campaign objectives.
• Ability to define journey rules based on customer attributes and behaviours.
• Strong coordination and communication across business and tech teams.

The opportunity-

We are looking for an experienced AJO consultant with proven hands-on implementation background. This role is for candidates who have already delivered AJO and AEP solutions for enterprise customers and are ready to lead engagements independently. We hire for deep platform expertise, a client-first mindset, strong technical delivery capability, and the ability to advise customers with confidence across the full implementation lifecycle.

Must have skills-

• Good Communication Skills- Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence and Articulation.
• Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO.
• Database skills – Have good expertise of either of databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.
• Data model design Skills for Marketing databases. Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc
• Logical Programming knowledge, with either JS/ Python /PHP etc., Should be comfortable with HTML/CSS.
• Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours. Advocate for improvements.
• Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
