Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced AJO consultant with hands-on implementation background to lead engagements for enterprise clients. You have delivered AJO and AEP solutions and can manage the full implementation lifecycle.

You will work with Martech platforms (Adobe/SFDC), design data models, and guide customers with confidence, across strategy to execution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is strong communication and technical delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Good Communication Skills- Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence.
• Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO.
• Database skills – Have good expertise of either of databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.
• Data model design Skills for Marketing databases. Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc
• Logical Programming knowledge, with either JS/ Python /PHP etc., Should be comfortable with HTML/CSS.
• Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours. Advocate for improvements.
• Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced AJO consultant with proven hands-on implementation background. This role is for candidates who have already delivered AJO and AEP solutions for enterprise customers and are ready to lead engagements independently. We hire for deep platform expertise, a client-first mindset, strong technical delivery capability, and the ability to advise customers with confidence across the full implementation lifecycle.
