Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an experienced AJO consultant with hands-on AJO and AEP implementation background for enterprise clients. You will lead engagements, design marketing data models, and advise across the full implementation lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, Martech platform expertise (Adobe/SFDC), and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable growth solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AJO and AEP solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong communication and articulation for independent client interactions.
• Martech platforms experience, especially Adobe and Salesforce (SFDC).
• Database skills with SQL/Oracle/Teradata and data modeling for marketing databases.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic scripting (JS/Python/PHP).
• Ability to design and implement marketing journeys based on customer attributes.

The opportunity-

We are looking for an experienced AJO consultant with proven hands‑on implementation background. This role is for candidates who have already delivered AJO and AEP solutions for enterprise customers and are ready to lead engagements independently. We hire for deep platform expertise, a client‑first mindset, strong technical delivery capability, and the ability to advise customers with confidence across the full implementation lifecycle.

Must have skills-

• Good Communication Skills- Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence and Articulation.
• Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO.
• Database skills – Have good expertise of either of databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.
• Data model design Skills for Marketing databases. Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc
• Logical Programming knowledge, with either JS/ Python /PHP etc., Should be comfortable with HTML/CSS.
• Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviours. Advocate for improvements.
• Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
