CLR Facility Services is seeking an experienced Airport Site Lead to drive end-to-end airport operations and engineering. You will lead MEP-Civil, Fire & Life Safety systems, airside ops, and compliance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SPOC for client, airport authority, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across MEP, Fire, Civil, and Airside operations.
• Ensure manpower deployment, shift planning, and resource availability per contract/SLA/KPI.
• Conduct regular site reviews, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing).
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, ICAO, and local fire norms; coordinate audits and drills.
• Coordinate engineering support for airport systems (PBB, AGL, ALMS, etc.).
• Manage civil maintenance of terminals, hangars, pavements, and drainage.
• Lead contract, vendor, and client management with KPI tracking and reporting.
• Ensure risk mitigation, safety compliance, and incident reporting systems.

The Airport Site Lead is responsible for overall site-level leadership, coordination, and compliance of airport operations and engineering services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire & Life Safety Systems, Airside Operations, and Civil Works. The role ensures 24/7 safe, compliant, and uninterrupted airport operations in line with DGCA, ICAO, BCAS, NFPA, and local statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Site Management

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client, airport authority, and stakeholders
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across MEP, Fire, Civil, and Airside operations
• Ensure manpower deployment, shift planning, and resource availability as per contract/ SLA/KPI.
• Conduct regular site reviews, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings

2. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Systems

• Oversee operation & maintenance of:
  • HVAC, chillers, AHUs, ventilation systems
  • HT/LT electrical systems, substations, DG sets, UPS
  • Lighting systems (terminal, apron, airfield lighting coordination)
  • Plumbing, water supply, sewage, STP/ETP systems
• Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance with minimal downtime
• Monitor energy consumption and drive efficiency initiatives

3. Fire & Life Safety Systems

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, ICAO, and local fire authority norms
• Oversee:
  • Fire alarm systems
  • Fire hydrant & sprinkler systems
  • Smoke management systems
  • Fire pumps and suppression systems
• Coordinate mock drills, audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness
• Ensure valid licenses, certifications, and statutory approvals

4. Airside Operations (Technical Interface)

• Coordinate engineering support for:
  • Apron, taxiway, runway, and airside infrastructure
  • Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) coordination
  • Airside equipment and facilities
• Ensure strict adherence to airside safety, FOD control, and permit-to-work systems
• Work closely with ATC, safety, and operations teams

5. Airport Systems

• Coordinate engineering support for airport systems:
  • Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB)
  • Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) & Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System, (ALCMS)
  • VHT Lifts, escalators, travellators
  • Crash Fire Tender (CFT), Friction tester, Rubber removal, Trillo machines
  • MT section

6. Civil & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee civil maintenance of:
  • Terminal buildings, hangars, and airside structures
  • Pavements, drainage, and structural repairs
• Manage minor projects, renovations, and vendor works
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely execution

7. Compliance, Safety & Audits

• Ensure compliance with:
  • DGCA, ICAO, BCAS
  • Local statutory authorities
  • ISO, OHSAS, and environmental standards
• Lead internal & external audits
• Implement HSE policies and incident reporting systems

8. Contract, Vendor & Client Management

• Manage service contracts and subcontractors
• Track KPIs, SLAs, penalties, and performance metrics
• Prepare reports: daily, weekly, monthly MIS
• Handle escalations and client feedback professionally

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation)
• Masters degree or Airport Management certification is an advantage

Experience

• 16-18 years total experience preferably in airport operations, facilities management, or large infrastructure
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or site head role
• Strong exposure to MEP-Civil, fire systems, and airside operations in an airport environment
