Job summary

Pineswift Technologies is seeking an AIOps Lead to drive automated, predictive, self-healing IT operations. You will define and execute AI-powered strategies across automation, observability, DevOps and SRE practices to reduce human support dependence.

Responsibilities include shaping IT strategy, improving service reliability, automating incident handling, and leading modernization efforts across cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and ITSM automation.

• AI & Autonomous IT Strategy: Define and implement the organization's AIOps and Autonomous Operations strategy.
• Service Improvement: Continuously improve availability, reliability, performance, and quality of IT services across applications and infrastructure.
• Automation: Automate incident detection, diagnosis, routing, remediation, and resolution.
• L1/L2 Support Transformation: Target 100% elimination of L1 support and 50% reduction in L2 support effort through AI and automation.
• Self-Healing IT: Build systems that can automatically detect problems and fix them without human intervention.
• AIOps & Observability: Implement AI-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and closed-loop automation.
• Modernization: Drive adoption of Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and DevSecOps.
• ITSM Automation: Automate Incident, Problem and Change Management using AI agents, playbooks and conversational AI.
• Performance Targets: Improve operational metrics such as MTTD <5 minutes and MTTR <1 hour.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage strategic technology vendors and work closely with Cybersecurity, Architecture, Product and Engineering teams.
• AI Adoption: Identify high-value AI use cases, conduct workshops, enable IT teams, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

We are looking to hire an AIOps Lead.
The leader will be responsible for making IT Operations highly automated, predictive, self-healing, and less dependent on human support by using AIOps, Agentic AI, automation, observability, DevOps and SRE practices.
