Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture for the SDP platform.
• Design automated triage and incident routing by business capability and stack.
• Provide governance over platform changes, guardrails, and patterns within the low-code/no-code environment.
• Act as the technical liaison to the SDP platform governance function.
• Identify operational failure patterns and recommend platform-side remediation.
• Maintain SLA compliance, including P1 at 15 min/4 h and P2 at 30 min/8 h, with round-the-clock coverage for highly critical applications.

We're looking for an AIOps Architect to drive AI, agentic automation, and observability architecture across our Software Development Platform (SDP) Services—a 400–500 app cloud Python environment that powers critical revenue functions like Algo Trading, Quant Models, and Data Loaders. This person will take ownership of the autonomous operations layer, guaranteeing dependable and well-governed execution across 48 tier-one critical applications with sub-2-hour RTO targets, 45 databases, and 320 production environments across 12 countries.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture for the SDP platform estate
• Design and operate automated triage and incident classification processes that route issues by business capability and technical stack prior to L2 engagement
• Provide technical governance over platform-layer changes, guardrails, and patterns within the low-code/no-code environment
• Act as the technical liaison to the SDP platform governance function
• Identify operational failure patterns and recommend platform-side remediation
• Maintain SLA compliance, including P1 at 15 min/4 h and P2 at 30 min/8 h, with round-the-clock coverage for highly critical applications

Requirements

• Minimum 14 years of overall IT experience, including hands-on work in platform/solution architecture and AI/ML or AIOps
• Proven experience constructing autonomous multi-agent workflows, LLMOps pipelines, RAG systems, and tool-use integrations across platforms including Datadog, Jira, and AWS APIs
• Strong background in cloud-hosted Python environments (AWS preferred), covering distributed databases and governance of low-code/no-code platforms
• Working knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, and Prometheus/Grafana, with experience managing 300+ production environments
• Demonstrated experience governing low-code/no-code platforms
• Outstanding ability to convey technical risks and operational status to non-technical business application owners
