• CRM automation — lead routing, follow-up sequences, pipeline stage triggers.
• Data pipeline automation — extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Reporting automation — scheduled reports generated and sent without manual input.
• Chatbot and AI assistant setup — Tidio, Voiceflow, custom GPT wrappers.
• Full-time dedicated specialist (40 hrs/week — recommended for large automation builds).
