Job summary

Tag is seeking an AI Video Production Lead to drive end-to-end creation of AI-generated films, videos and branded campaigns. The role blends filmmaking craft with GenAI, directing teams across AI tools, editing, motion design and post-production.

You will translate briefs into concepts and manage multi-project delivery, ensuring brand alignment and high production standards in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in video/film production or related fields.
• Strong understanding of filmmaking, visual storytelling, cinematography, editing and post-production.
• Graphic design and art direction sensibility.
• Hands-on Generative AI for video and image creation.
• Proven portfolio of AI-generated films, campaigns or branded content.
• Experience leading teams and managing creative projects and stakeholders.
• Curious, experimental mindset with ability to learn new AI technologies.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an AI Video Production Lead to lead the creation and delivery of next-generation video content using Generative AI, traditional video production, motion design and creative technology.

The ideal candidate combines a strong video/film production background with excellent visual and graphic design sensibility, hands-on GenAI expertise, and proven experience leading creative teams and managing stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in video/film production, advertising, branded content or post-production.
• Strong understanding of filmmaking, visual storytelling, cinematography, editing and post-production.
• Good graphic design and art direction sensibility.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI for video and image creation.
• Proven portfolio of AI-generated films, videos, campaigns, graphic design or branded content.
• Experience leading teams and managing creative projects, campaigns and stakeholders.
• Curious, experimental mindset with the ability to quickly adopt new AI technologies.

AI Expertise

Hands-on familiarity with tools across:

• AI Video: Veo, Runway, Sora, Kling, Hailuo, Pika and similar platforms
• AI Image: Midjourney, Firefly, Flux, Gemini/Nano Banana and similar tools
• AI voice, music, editing, VFX and post-production
• AI workflows, image-to-video, character consistency and reference-based generation

Specific tools are less important than the ability to learn, experiment and apply AI effectively.

A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video/films, advertising campaigns, branded content, motion/design work and creative experimentation is essential.

Leadership

This is not an AI operator role. We are looking for someone who can lead an AI video production capability—combining creative thinking, filmmaking expertise, AI experimentation, team leadership and commercial delivery.
