Job summary

Global Sports Entertainment and media is seeking an AI-savvy Video Editor to craft engaging content using cutting-edge AI tools for YouTube, OTT, and social platforms. You will translate scripts into visually compelling scenes, maintain character consistency, and drive post-production workflows with a strong eye for pacing and narrative clarity.

You will work with Runway ML, ElevenLabs, Descript, Soundraw, and industry-standard editors to produce polish, voice integration, and music scoring,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in video editing and digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI-assisted editing.
• Strong knowledge of AI video generation, text-to-video, image-to-video, AI image generation, AI voice synthesis, AI lip-sync, AI character animation, and AI music generation.
• Experience with Runway ML, Magic Light AI, Skyreels, Google VEO, ElevenLabs, Descript, Soundraw, Aiva or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or other professional editing software.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sequencing, and post-production.
• Strong AI prompting and creative direction skills.
• Ability to translate scripts and ideas into compelling visual content.
• Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multiple scenes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated video scenes from scripts and story concepts using Runway ML, Magic Light AI, Skyreels, Google VEO or similar tools.
• Generate videos using text-to-video and image-to-video workflows.
• Create and maintain consistency in AI-generated characters, environments, and visual styles.
• Use AI prompting to control scenes, characters, camera movements, expressions, emotions, and visual direction.
• Edit video sequences with strong pacing, transitions, cinematic flow, and narrative clarity.
• Create and refine AI character lip-sync and synchronize dialogue with facial movements and expressions.
• Generate natural-sounding voiceovers and dialogue using ElevenLabs, Descript or similar tools.
• Create and integrate AI-generated music, background scores, sound effects, and ambience using Soundraw, Aiva or similar tools.
• Perform post-production, including sequencing, transitions, basic visual effects, color correction, and audio balancing.
• Review AI-generated footage and correct visual inconsistencies, artifacts, unnatural movements, and continuity issues.
• Deliver polished, platform-ready content for YouTube, OTT, and social media.
• Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency.
