Job summary

IQRA Digital Solution in Mumbai seeks an experienced AI Video Editor to craft high-quality 30-second short-form content for performance marketing across Meta, Instagram, YouTube and more. You will combine AI footage with stock assets, voiceovers and music using Premiere Pro and After Effects.

The role emphasizes hooks, storytelling, visual retention, CTR and branding consistency. You will produce about 2–3 videos daily, adapt templates, and ensure continuity across scenes.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in video editing and social media content creation.
• Proven track record of short-form videos for social media and digital advertising.
• Strong proficiency with AI video generation/editing tools and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Convert marketing scripts into engaging visual stories using AI footage, stock assets, voiceovers, music and SFX.
• Produce approximately 2-3 high-quality 30-second videos every working day for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Use Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, compositing and visual enhancements.
• Customize and edit Envato templates and other pre-built assets to create professional marketing collateral.
• Build variations of videos with different starting hooks or ending CTAs to improve performance.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, messaging and overall visual identity.
• Add subtitles, captions, voiceovers, background music, sound effects, transitions, animations and branding elements.
• Maintain character consistency, visual continuity, styling and storytelling across scenes.

As an AI Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality short-form video content for performance marketing, social media, and IQRA's own marketing initiatives.

You will work from scripts and creative briefs to produce approximately 3 videos of 30 seconds each per day, using AI video generation tools along with professional video editing software.

The role requires a strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, visual retention, CTR, advertising psychology, and social media content formats. You will also be responsible for maintaining character and visual consistency across AI-generated videos and creating marketing collateral using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Produce approximately 2-3 high-quality 30-second videos every working day based on approved scripts and creative briefs for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Use Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, compositing, and other visual enhancements.
• Customize and edit Envato templates and other pre-built creative assets to create professional marketing collateral.
• Build variations of Videos with different starting hooks or ending CTAs to further improve performance of videos
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, messaging, and overall visual identity

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 13 years of experience in video editing, social media content creation, advertising creatives, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating short-form videos for social media and/or digital advertising.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AI video generation/editing tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, CapCut AI, Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and editing/customizing templates.
• Experience working with Envato Elements or similar template libraries will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hooks, viewer retention, CTR, CTAs, and performance marketing creatives.
• Ability to translate a script or brief into a visually engaging short-form video.
• Ability to maintain character consistency and visual continuity in AI-generated videos.
