The role requires experimenting with AI tools, staying ahead of trends and delivering fast turnarounds while maintaining strong brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video generation tools.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, pacing and aesthetics.
• Ability to move ideas to finished videos quickly and adapt to trends.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, ads and social media content.
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance and edit video content.
• Convert creative concepts and briefs into visually compelling videos.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animations, transitions, backgrounds, characters and effects.
• Edit product videos, campaign content, UGC and lifestyle footage.
• Create multiple versions of content for different platforms and formats.
• Use AI tools for video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, voiceovers, motion and visual effects.
• Add music, sound effects, captions, typography, transitions and other elements to improve engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest AI video generation and editing tools, trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with the creative, social media and marketing teams to develop content aligned with brand identity.
• Work on quick turnarounds while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Continuously test new creative styles and formats to improve content performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Editor who understands both video editing and AI-powered content creation.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create high-quality, engaging videos for Instagram Reels, ads, campaigns, product launches and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who experiments with new AI tools, understands social media trends and can move quickly from an idea to a finished video.

• Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered video/image generation tools.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, pacing and aesthetics.
• Understanding of Instagram/Reels trends and what makes content engaging.
• Ability to work from a basic idea or reference and develop it into a complete video.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and try unconventional ideas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand aesthetics.

Good to Have

• Experience working with D2C, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food or consumer brands.
