Role Description

Day-to-day tasks include organizing assets, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, adapting content for different audiences, and delivering projects on schedule within defined quality standards. The role involves contributing creative ideas, staying up to date with industry trends and AI tools, and continuously improving video production processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, structuring narratives, and preparing platform-ready deliverables.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood alignment, and professional-quality output across projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, overlays, titles, and animations that support campaign goals.
Experience using AI-based video and content tools (e.g., AI editing software, generative tools for visuals and transitions) is highly beneficial.
Solid understanding of social media and digital marketing requirements for video content, including aspect ratios, durations, and optimization for engagement.
