Soul AI in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join as an AI Trainer for AI training projects. You will create and review EE problems, evaluate AI outputs, and refine explanations to ensure accuracy.

The role involves contributing to RLHF-based training efforts and improving model reliability in technical domains. Candidates should have 1+ year of EE experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze AI-generated responses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Electrical Engineering (Academics, Industry, Content Development, etc)
• Proficient in core EE subjects and problem-solving
• Ability to critically analyze and enhance AI-generated technical responses
• Familiarity with academic or competitive-level content (e, GATE) is a plus
